Willy Gisselbrecht

The Gisselbrecht family has been producing wines in Alsace since the 17th century. Today the family owns together around 17 hectares in the best location of Dambach-la-Ville and its surroundings. A domaine patiently acquired waiting for the best parcels to be free, especially the Grand Cru Frankstein. The village of Dambach-la-Ville is located in the middle of the wines road of Alsace. The wines remain in the cellar after bottling at least one year in order to allow them to reach the perfect maturity. A special attention is dedicated to the Grand Crus.

The owner has a purpose: “will not sell wine that has not been consumed in time”. What they hope to obtain is not a short-term return on money, but the establishment of quality, image and brand. The winery is best known for its two Grand Cru Vineyards: Muenchberg and Frankstein. Their Riesling is one of the best and most classic white spirits in France.
