A great maturity, fine and pure off-dry Riesling with the beautiful aroma of mineral, pear and white flower. On the palate, the wine is nicely structured, fresh, mineral with a lot of personality plus hint of smoky notes. A complex and deep wine. Best pair with seafood, raw fish, white meat and goat cheese.
