In these terms and conditions, the “Company” or “we” or “us” refers to Fico International Limited, and the “Customer” or “you” will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with the Company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

cut-off time : 4pm
Order cannot be amended/ cancelled for next day delivery after that. Please allow a minimum of 2 days for delivery upon receipt of order.

Free delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories for order of 1 standard case (6 bottles of 750ml, mixed cases possible) or above and over $1,200.
Free delivery to Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas for order of 2 standard case (12 bottles of 750ml, mixed cases possible) or above and over $3,000.Orders must be placed before Mondays.
Free delivery to Macau for order of 2 standard case (12 bottles of 750ml, mixed cases possible) or above and over $3,000.
A delivery charge of $200 per order applicable if order quantity is less than 1 standard case & below $1200.
An additional delivery surcharge of $50 per flight of stairs will be charged for any location without lift.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by FPS or bank transfer before delivery; OR by cash or cheque on delivery.

Personal information will be collected during form submission. Data will be used to facilitate analysis, operation and promotion communication. When personal data is collected, only authorised persons are able to view, but without obtaining client consent prior to or in addition to legal requirements, all the information will not be disclosed to any outside agencies.
