Château Fortia Chateauneuf-du-Pape ‘Edmée le Roy’ Blanc 2021

Brillant, pale gold colour with slight green reflections. Powerful nose, with a strong floral and exotic fruity dominance: small white flower, jasmine, lychee. Fresh citrus. The palate is sauve on the attack, with a nice volume. The sweetness is tempered by a saline minerality which gives the wine great elegance. We find fresh floral notes then exotic notes and ginger. A persistent and complex wine, with freshness and minerality.
