Domaine Alexis de Benoist Mâcon-Villages ‘La Demoiselle’ 2018

100% Chardonnay. Golden yellow colour with intense, bright reflections. Complex, concentrated nose, with milky aromas and hints of brioche, and yellow fruits (ripe peach and nectarine). Floral aromas emerge with aeration (acacia and lime blossom). Rich and indulgent on the palate: yellow fruits mixed with a suggestion of of apricot. Long fruity finish. Pair with roast veal, or farm-reared poultry in a creamy sauce.
