Domaine de L’Aigle à Deux Têtes (Two-headed Eagle) was established in 2005 by Henri le Roy, a former polytechnician turned winemaker, driven by a passion for the land and its products. The Domaine includes special plots such as ‘Les Clous’ and ‘Derrière la Roche’ on the famous Marne Bleu terroir, ensuring a very nice, pure, rich style of wine. These wines boast the typical Jura minerality, with enormous depth, freshness, and Burgundian finesse!

The pinot noir from Vernambaud, the grape thrives on the clay and marl terroir fermented and matured for 18 months in oak. Slightly spicier than the Trousseau, with more dark earthy red fruit notes, hints of mineral, a concentrate wine.
