This off-dry Gewurztraminer is deep yellow with beautiful golden glints. The nose is complex, deep with exotic notes, crystalized fruits, almonds. Nice structured, round and smooth on the palate, with freshness and good acidity, along with hint of lychee, rose, spices, and smoky notes. The balance is very harmonious, long and airy. Best pair with foie gras and spicy cuisine. Drink now or hold for a few years.
