Michel Caillot Bourgogne Blanc ‘Les Herbeux’ 2018

Run by Michel Caillot since 2006, the 13-hectare domaine was established by his father, Roger in 1967 in the prestigious Meursault appellation. Michel employs long fermentation and aging periods, releasing his wines much later than other vineyards. Full-flavoured, beautifully balanced, with good underlying acidity and grip. These expressive wines drink beautifully from release but can age for many years.
